Every install starts on the Free plan at no cost, with every planning feature included. No credit card, no time limit, no feature gates.
Billed through Shopify
If you upgrade to Pomatic Pro, the subscription is charged through Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice — with a 30-day free trial first. We never see, handle, or store your card details.
Cancel anytime
Downgrade back to the Free plan whenever you like, or uninstall Pomatic from your Shopify admin to stop billing immediately. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

The Free plan costs nothing, ever. Beyond that, Pomatic charges you in exactly one way: the optional $49/month Pomatic Pro subscription, billed through Shopify. That is our only fee, and we do not bill you anywhere else.
If we ever introduce optional services that fall outside Shopify's billing system, we will always show you the full cost up front and require your explicit consent before any charge. You will never be billed outside of Shopify for something you did not opt into first.

Billing questions, answered
How does billing work?
The Free plan is never billed. Pomatic Pro is an optional $49/month upgrade, billed through Shopify. The charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice alongside your other Shopify subscriptions — there's no separate checkout to manage.
What does Pro add?
Today, Pro adds priority email support and early access to new Pro features as we ship them — and it directly supports development. All current planning features stay in the Free plan.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Upgrading to Pomatic Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point during the trial at no cost.
How do I upgrade?
From the Plan & Billing page inside Pomatic, or by choosing Pomatic Pro on Shopify's secure plan-selection page. No credit card details are ever entered into Pomatic itself.
How do I cancel?
Downgrade to the Free plan from Shopify's plan-selection page, or uninstall Pomatic from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Billing stops immediately, and there are no contracts or cancellation fees.
Will I be charged outside of Shopify?
Your Pomatic Pro subscription is always billed through Shopify. If we ever offer optional services that are billed outside of Shopify's system, we'll disclose the full cost in advance and only charge you with your explicit consent — never automatically.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Every charge appears on your Shopify invoice, which you can download at any time from your Shopify admin. For anything else, our billing team is one email away.
